350f Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 350f platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before making any transactions or participating in any activities on the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 350f platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 350f ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is available to individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use this service under the laws applicable in your region.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Any balance held in accounts found to be in violation of this rule may be forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading details — including name, date of birth, phone number, or banking information — constitute a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 350f will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately so prompt action can be taken to secure it.
Your password must be at least eight (8) characters long, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers to ensure adequate security. You are advised to change your password regularly and to avoid reusing passwords from other accounts.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 350f user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other malicious intent is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
The following actions are prohibited when using the 350f platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's servers or infrastructure.
- Sharing your account access with any other individual, whether a family member or friend.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses with the intent of exploiting the rewards system unfairly.
- Publishing or distributing harmful, obscene, or defamatory content through any communication channel within the platform.
Any breach of the usage rules above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of existing balances and bonuses, and legal action where circumstances warrant. 350f reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases involving policy violations.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 350f platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include local bank transfers, FPX internet banking, and selected e-wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that your registered bank account details are accurate and belong to you — deposits or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly not permitted.
Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after payment is confirmed by the payment provider. However, 350f is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems, banking disruptions, or technical issues outside the platform's control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to internal review and approval before processing. 350f reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals above certain amounts, particularly for new accounts or accounts displaying unusual transaction patterns. All withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved in writing.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
350f shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of wagered funds due to unforeseen technical disruptions. 350f's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty as to accuracy, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 350f does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, server outages, or security vulnerabilities, even with protective measures in place.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
350f reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraud, bonus abuse, multiple account ownership, money laundering, or any other breach of these terms. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be fully forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 350f support team. Voluntary closures will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any valid balance will be returned to the registered payment method once all withdrawal conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 350f platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 350f and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from 350f. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

The 350f platform may utilise third-party services such as payment processors, game providers, and identity verification systems. These third parties maintain their own privacy policies and terms of service, which are separate from those of 350f. We are not responsible for the data practices, service availability, or content provided by such third parties. Use of third-party services within the context of our platform is at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms
350f reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, along with the date of the most recent update. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 350f operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate resolution mechanism under the applicable law.
